Service Description
These 2–3 hour individualized sessions are designed to help teens and young adults build confidence and independence in everyday situations. Whether it’s learning how to navigate a grocery store, order at a restaurant, or manage money in real time, we provide supportive, hands-on coaching that meets each individual where they’re at. Common focus areas include: Shopping with a list and budget Ordering food and interacting with staff Managing money and making purchases Navigating social expectations in public Practicing public transportation or rideshare use Building executive functioning skills in real-life contexts Sessions take place in the community whenever possible, with pre-session planning and post-session communication included. Ideal for: Teens and young adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, or other learning differences who benefit from extra support to thrive in community settings.
